One of the essential metal bands of the 21st century has gradually taken on more psychedelic and classic rock flavors as they progress, but they always know when to bring the heavy. It’s the combination of mysticism and savagery that keeps me coming back for more, their music replete with towering guitar riffs, stupidly fast drum fills, and bizarrely beautiful synth washes.
